Please read and review the following payment conditions carefully before completing your registration:
- The Registration / Seat-Booking Amount of ₹1,000/- (or such other amount specified for the applicable program) is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable.
- The Course Fee is also non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, subject to applicable law.
- Please ensure that you have selected the correct course and reviewed the applicable course details and schedule before making payment.
- By completing the payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) applies to all courses, training programs, internship programs, workshops, learning programs, and other educational services provided by ConsivoX Solutions Private Limited (“ConsivoX”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By registering for a course, booking a seat, making a registration payment, making a course-fee payment, or otherwise enrolling in any ConsivoX program, the Candidate (“Candidate”, “you”, or “your”) acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
1. NO-REFUND POLICY
All payments made to ConsivoX are strictly NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-ADJUSTABLE, subject to applicable law.
Once a Candidate makes any payment towards registration, seat booking, course fees, training fees, internship fees, or any other program-related charges, the payment cannot ordinarily be refunded.
This policy applies irrespective of whether the Candidate:
- Changes their mind;
- Changes their preferred course;
- Decides not to attend the program;
- Is unable to attend classes;
- Is unavailable during the batch;
- Changes their college, job, location, or personal circumstances;
- Does not attend scheduled classes;
- Does not complete the course;
- Stops attending the program after commencement;
- Does not use the LMS or other learning resources;
- Is unable to continue due to personal reasons; or
- Simply no longer wishes to participate in the program.
Candidates are therefore advised to carefully review the course details, fees, schedule, learning mode, and other applicable terms before making any payment.
2. REGISTRATION / SEAT-BOOKING AMOUNT
The amount paid by a Candidate to reserve or book a seat in a course or batch is referred to as the Registration Amount / Seat-Booking Amount.
The Registration Amount may be ₹1,000/- or any other amount specified by ConsivoX for the applicable course, program, batch, or offer.
The Registration Amount is strictly: Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable, Non-Adjustable, and Non-Reversible.
Once the Candidate pays the Registration Amount to reserve a seat, the Candidate cannot request:
- A refund of the Registration Amount;
- Transfer of the Registration Amount to another person;
- Adjustment of the Registration Amount against another course;
- Adjustment of the Registration Amount against another batch;
- Conversion of the Registration Amount into credit;
- Transfer of the Registration Amount to a future program; or
- Any other monetary or non-monetary adjustment.
The Registration Amount paid for booking a seat cannot be refunded, transferred, or adjusted in any case, except where such refund or remedy is mandatorily required under applicable law.
3. SEAT BOOKING AND CANDIDATE CANCELLATION
A seat booked by a Candidate is considered confirmed once the applicable Registration Amount has been successfully received by ConsivoX. If the Candidate subsequently decides not to join the course or cancels their participation, the Registration Amount will not be refunded.
The Candidate cannot claim the Registration Amount merely because the Candidate does not join the batch, requests cancellation, requests a different course/batch/learning mode, is unable to attend, changes plans, or chooses not to continue.
4. COURSE FEE
The Course Fee payable by a Candidate is also NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE, and NON-ADJUSTABLE, subject to applicable law.
Once the Candidate has made a Course Fee payment, the Candidate cannot ordinarily request refund of the fee, transfer to another candidate, adjustment against another course or batch, conversion into future course credit, or transfer to another program. The Candidate is responsible for selecting the appropriate course before making the payment.
5. COURSE CHANGE
Once a Candidate has registered for a particular course, the Candidate cannot ordinarily change the selected course. The amount paid cannot be transferred to another course, adjusted against another course, converted into credit, or transferred to another Candidate. Any exception, if permitted by ConsivoX, must be specifically approved in writing and shall be subject to applicable law.
6. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Registration and course enrollment are personal to the Candidate. A Candidate cannot transfer their registration, seat, registration amount, course fee, LMS access, course access, internship enrollment, or other program benefits to another person.
For example, if Candidate A books a seat and subsequently decides not to attend, Candidate A cannot request that the seat or amount paid be transferred to Candidate B.
7. NON-ADJUSTMENT OF PAYMENTS
Payments made for a particular course, batch, program, or service cannot ordinarily be adjusted against another course, another batch, another candidate, future courses/batches, other services, certificates, study material, or any other product or service offered by ConsivoX. This provision applies specifically to the Registration/Seat-Booking Amount as well as the Course Fee.
8. CANCELLATION BY THE CANDIDATE
A Candidate may choose not to participate in a program after registration. However, such cancellation or withdrawal by the Candidate does not create an automatic right to a refund. No refund will be provided merely because the Candidate voluntarily cancels, withdraws, does not attend, or does not continue with the program.
9. ABSENCE FROM CLASSES
Absence from classes does not create a right to a refund. No refund will ordinarily be provided if a Candidate misses one or more classes, is absent for a portion of the course, does not attend the complete program, does not participate in assignments or assessments, or stops attending the course.
10. BATCH POSTPONEMENT OR RESCHEDULING
ConsivoX may, where reasonably necessary, postpone or reschedule the commencement of a batch due to operational, academic, faculty, technical, infrastructure, regulatory, safety, or other legitimate reasons. A postponement or rescheduling of the batch does not automatically create a right to a refund. ConsivoX may provide an alternative schedule, batch, or learning arrangement where appropriate.
11. BATCH MERGER
ConsivoX may merge a batch with another suitable batch where reasonably necessary for operational or academic purposes. Where applicable, ConsivoX may provide the Candidate with an alternative batch or schedule. Such batch merger does not automatically create a right to a refund.
12. CHANGE IN LEARNING MODE
Depending on operational, technical, academic, infrastructure, safety, or other legitimate requirements, ConsivoX may change the learning mode of a program between Offline, Online, or Hybrid. A change in learning mode does not automatically create a right to a refund. Where a change materially affects the service promised to the Candidate, ConsivoX will communicate the applicable arrangement and provide an appropriate resolution consistent with applicable law.
13. CLASS CANCELLATION OR RESCHEDULING
ConsivoX may cancel, postpone, or reschedule an individual class or classes due to faculty availability, technical issues, operational requirements, emergencies, infrastructure issues, force majeure events, or other legitimate circumstances. Where appropriate, ConsivoX may provide a replacement class, revised schedule, or alternative learning arrangement. Cancellation or rescheduling of an individual class does not automatically create a right to a refund.
14. STUDY MATERIAL
Study material may be provided to eligible registered Candidates according to the applicable course terms. Where physical study material is requested through courier, applicable courier charges shall be payable separately by the Candidate. If study material is lost, damaged, or requires replacement, additional charges may apply. No refund will be provided for study material that has already been issued or made available to the Candidate, subject to applicable law.
15. COURSE COMPLETION CERTIFICATE
A course completion certificate may be issued after the Candidate satisfies the applicable course-completion requirements. Courier charges may apply if the Candidate requests physical delivery of the certificate. If a replacement certificate is requested, a fee of ₹200/- may apply. Failure to complete the course does not create a right to a refund.
16. REVISION OR BACKUP
Where revision or backup sessions are available, Candidates must submit the applicable Revision Form. ConsivoX may provide a suitable date and time based on availability. Candidates cannot demand a specific batch, trainer, date, or time. Revision or backup arrangements do not create a right to a refund. Unless expressly included in the applicable course package, Candidates cannot demand video recordings of live classes.
17. PAYMENT THROUGH INSTALMENTS
Candidates are expected to make the applicable Course Fee payment as a one-time payment unless an instalment facility has been specifically permitted by ConsivoX. Where ConsivoX permits payment in parts or instalments, an additional charge of 10% of the applicable Course Fee may apply. The instalment facility does not change the non-refundable nature of the Registration Amount or Course Fee.
18. FAILED OR BOUNCED PAYMENTS
If a cheque or other payment instrument provided by the Candidate is dishonoured, reversed, or fails due to reasons attributable to the Candidate, the Candidate may be required to pay applicable bank charges, payment gateway charges, and other reasonable costs incurred by ConsivoX, subject to applicable law.
19. MISCONDUCT AND TERMINATION
If a Candidate violates ConsivoX's Terms & Conditions, Code of Conduct, confidentiality requirements, intellectual property rights, classroom rules, or other applicable policies, ConsivoX may suspend or terminate the Candidate's access to classes, LMS, premises, or other services. Such suspension or termination does not automatically create a right to a refund. Any action taken by ConsivoX will remain subject to applicable law.
20. EXCEPTIONS REQUIRED BY LAW
The purpose of this Policy is to establish ConsivoX's general no-refund, non-transferable, and non-adjustable payment policy. However, nothing in this Policy is intended to exclude or restrict any right, remedy, refund, or protection that cannot legally be excluded or restricted under applicable law. Where a refund or other remedy is legally required, ConsivoX will process the same in accordance with the applicable legal requirements.
21. REFUND REQUESTS
A Candidate who believes they have a legally valid basis for requesting a refund may submit a written request to ConsivoX. The request should include:
- Candidate's full name;
- Registered mobile number;
- Registered email address;
- Course/program name;
- Payment/transaction details;
- Date of payment; and
- Reason for the request.
Submitting a refund request does not mean that a refund will be approved. Each request will be reviewed according to this Policy, the applicable enrolment agreement, the services provided, and applicable law.
22. REFUND PROCESSING
Where a refund is approved or legally required, ConsivoX will generally process the eligible amount through the original payment method or another appropriate method. The time taken for the amount to appear in the Candidate's account may depend on the relevant bank, payment gateway, card issuer, or financial institution.
23. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT BY THE CANDIDATE
Before making a Registration/Seat-Booking Payment, the Candidate is expected to carefully review course details, course fee, registration amount, learning mode, batch details, course duration, applicable Terms & Conditions, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
By making the payment, the Candidate acknowledges that they understand and accept that the Registration/Seat-Booking Amount is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, and that the applicable Course Fee is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-adjustable, subject to applicable law.
24. POLICY CHANGES
ConsivoX may modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy from time to time. The applicable policy will be determined subject to the terms communicated to the Candidate at the time of registration and applicable law.
